In the month of Feburary 2012, the first two weeks of the month at Central Kitsap High School, a kid named Dan, app. 16 years of age sexually harassed a female senior student named Diamond, then after being caught and called out by the girl, he preceeded to choke and punch the girl in her face. The female student, who is now suspended, is recieving unlawful/unmeaningful charges from Vice Principal Joe Vlauch. Joe refused to watch the tapes of the auto shop room in which the incident happened which would ultimately solve the situation. Then on Wednesday the 15th, another senior student whose name shall not be revelead in respect to him, decided to stop Dan after his pre-lunch period and confront him about what he did. There was alot of people and alot of tension in the scene, Dan then bucked up and but his chest up to the kid, and the kid slapped Dan after being cussed at several times by Dan, as he lied yet again about hitting the women; "I didnt HIT her!... She hit ME first!!" Vlauch insisted on involving the police after this incident occured, although still refuses to watch the tapes, still holds his charges against the victimised girl, and is still watching his security tapes he has linked up all over the school and to his own home (the only person in all of Kitsap County to own this).
