The school finally caved and Coach Parete's name is going on that field where it belongs. We forced them to do the right thing after they ignored us for way too long. Keep watching them to make sure they follow through on the signage.

The Bishop Kenny administration continues to hide behind silence while ignoring the legacy of a man who built their program from the ground up. Do not let these cowards think they can sweep Coach Parete under the rug just because it is inconvenient for them.

BK wouldn't be the same without him. Put his name on the field already!!
Legend. Best coach i ever had by far. He made us work hard but we loved playing for him.
Long overdue. He put everything into that football program for years.
Coach Parete taught me more about life than any teacher ever did. He deserves this honor more than anyone.
Do the right thing and honor the man. He shaped so many of us.

Had him in the late 90s. Tough guy but he really cared about us. Do it.
