Name: Virginia Manuleleua Apelu on Sep 25, 2008Comments: This is quite disturbing to hear how an Honorable Samoan Diplomat was treated. Based upon the information above, I am signing this petition because this is an outrage! If Hon. Joe Keil had proper documents stating who he was, WHY would he be treated like a crimminal We would like to think when American Diplomats visit other countries, that they would be treated with respect and NOT like how Hon. Minister Joe Keil was treated in the USA.Flag

Name: Violette Keil on Sep 25, 2008Comments: This was completely unwarranted, unneccessary and criminal of homeland security to take rights away from such a respected veteran, without any questions or warnings. They should never operate or be given that kind of authority to convict and harm innocent American Citizens, or Diplomats from sovereign nations - namely Han Joe Keil. I am Protesting there actions against Hon. Hans Joachim KeilFlag

Name: Jeff Nilesen on Sep 25, 2008Comments: The honerable Hans Joachim Keil should be honerd as a U.S vetran, not a criminal. This man has commited no crime. Hans, and the U.S. government thougt he was a U.S. citizen since he was of the age of 17. If there is some kind of misunderstanding that should be sorted out humanly, not through Arrests, Humiliation, and Jail. If there has been a mistake it is on the U.S government for issuing this innocent man a U.S. Passport again, and again.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Sep 26, 2008Comments: Unbelievable. Such behavior must not accur ever again. Minister Keil is a fine politician and wonderful human being. As such he did not deserve the treatment he had to unforunately experience. The US and Department of Homeland Security need to recalibrate their operating proceedures as soon as possible so that events like the ones descibed for Minister Keil cannot occur again.Flag
