This petition is to request the Thomas Jefferson school authorities and Granite School District authorities to allow Jocelynn McGraw to return to Thomas Jefferson immediately. To allow her to continue and finish the year as a Student Body Officer, return to the basketball team and resume the season, and resume all her other activities as a student. Any consequence or disciplinary action may take place with Jocelynn’s continued participation in her regular activities. It is not fair that other student who have a history in aggression towards other school member and have continuously engaged in such behaviors may walk the school halls while others who react to their threats and their aggressions in self defense are suspended and suffer disciplinary action alone. The school and school district disciplinary actions must be fair and equitable in all cases!
