Albuquerque and New Mexico are struggling to add jobs, forcing many residents to leave and find jobs elsewhere. The Job Creators in Albuquerque believe strongly that the sick leave mandate will hurt local businesses ability to serve their employees and continue to create more jobs. This mandate will also hinder the City/State's ability to bring in additional job creating businesses to New Mexico.
