please support me in my quest to have my case found valid and operative in my business as a thoroughbred race horse trainer doing business as J. M. Chandler, Throughbred Racing and Breeding. Defendant  has fotested that the Internal Revenue Service in their interpretition of Sec. 183 of the IRS Code does not protect me as was meant when The Congress gave the IRS auhority when there are exenuating cercomstances and the Business was and is Seeking a Profit that qualifies said business as a valid and legal business.
