This is a petition to recall Jeffrey Lubinski. He is presently Treasurer of Tower Court Condominiums and has behaved in a manner which is not suitable for a Board Member. He has refused to resign and many in our community who have and have not witnessed his behavior are now fearful of him having keys to all the buildings at Tower Court.
