Name: Faith Gillespie on Dec 15, 2009Comments: If this deal goes through, I will no longer vote for a Liberal government. They do not have the best interests of NB in mind and are only interested in pleasing big business (i.e. Irving). But at what price? Only one term in control? And if Shawn Graham thinks he will go down in history for accomplishing something good he should rethink. There are quite a few of the silent majority who will no longer be silent. He is supposed to be representing the people but it is hard to find something he has done to represent the majority.Flag

Name: Carole Mcdonald on Dec 16, 2009Comments: I am a voting tax payer in your constituency and I will work diligently to ensure your defeat in the next election should you persist in supporting the selling of our NB Power. I find it difficult to comprehend how any NBer would support such a one sided deal as is being proposed by you and the Premier. This dela is only good for a number of big businesses and Quesbec Power. I am one of the over 700 thousand NBers who will suffer from your disregard and disrespect for the democratic process. If you sincerely believe it is a good deal than what justification do you have for not wait ing until after the next election to finalize the sale?Flag

Name: Richard Morrell on Dec 18, 2009Comments: NB Power should not be sold, especially to Quebec. Quebec will not allow New Bunswickers to work in their province. Further more they want to separate from Canada. New Brunswick should not make any deal with Quebec, especially the sale of something that is used by and will affect all New Brunswickers.Flag

Name: Crystal Morrell-Geneau on Dec 20, 2009Comments: I just believe that it would not be in our best interest to see to Hydro_Quebec. Why do they want to buy our NB Power when they don't even want to be a full member of Canada. Don't people notice whenever there is a Canadian contest that Quebec residence are excluded from entering. If the Canadians citizens are suppose to be heard whenever somebody is elected then us citizens should also have a big say in the selling of NB Power.Flag

Name: Jeff Brennan on Dec 21, 2009Comments: Mr. Keir , The people of Fundy - River Vally elected you to represent us with in our Government. You must remember that this is a democracy ! As a country we even send some of us off to die in wars to preserve our right to chose are own path. Jack you grew up here. How can you just turn your back on the people that elected you ? Why won't you hold open meetings in your riding ? Why won't you hold a vote on the sale of NB Power ? NB Power is owned by the people and we should be ones to decide its fate.
