I am the legal parent of Anthony Bell Richardson and he has a learning disability that effect the way he makes decisions. He has a hard time reading ,writing or making decisions on things. He is developed mentally delayed. He needs help with reading and filling out forms and court papers any legal document. I feel that it is in the court best interest to award adult guardian of Anthony Richardson to me.
