The Jindabyne Community Stage is a great idea! The place for the stage should be Banjo Paterson Park, which is the natural and historical gathering place for Jindabyne. It marks the site where the original road crossed the Snowy River, it is the focus of the new town plan with the town square leading to the lake, and the park is the centre of well-established festivals such as the Lake Light Sculpture and Flowing Festivals.

There is considerable support for the stage in the community - some people want to build next to the clay pits, but Banjo Paterson Park is the best place!
