Dear Jetblue,
We are your most loyal customers. We have been flying you since the beginning, we put thousands of dollars a month on your cobranded credit card, and we tell all our friends to fly your airline. We jet off on an almost weekly basis on your flights eating our terra blue chips, watching TV, and booking and checking in online - we love the whole setup. We do not mind that your prices are no longer below your competitors and that redeeming our hundreds upon hundreds of true blue points has become insanely tough, because you are worth it and we believe in your brand.
You have got to get your schedule back on time.
In the last month this petition writer has been severely delayed on 6 out of 6 jet blue flights he has taken, and the signers of this petition have all had recent similar experiences. We are totally fed up. We really are not mad if something happens and our flight is delayed 5-10% of the time, we understand that running an airline is a complicated business, and we know that many delays are not 100% your fault; however, the current reality of your ontime rate is just not workable from a travel perspective.
So, JetBlue. We love you, but we will no longer go out of our way to fly you unless you fix your ontime rates very very quickly
