The 13th, 14th, and 15th amendments were created to protect ex slaves. Every other group is benefiting from these amendments accept the former Black slaves. We cannot continue to allow States rights to supercede Federal law and order. We are being killed by vigilantes and rogue law enforcement officials. White Supremacy is a National Security issue manifesting itself in the police departments throughout the United States. We can no longer wait on local DA's to prosecute these criminals. This has to stop. We need the Obama administration through the Justice Department to Federalize the National Guard to take over command of all branches of local law enforcement now. We need immediate action before there is more blood shed in the streets. When this petition is complete, it will be submitted to the Obama administration, the Justice Department, Senators, Representatives, and all branches of the federal government.
