Comments: I believe the Govt of Israel has much respect and belief in preserving historical and cultural heritage. In conjunction to this I appeal to the Prime Minister to give a permanent solution to the problem which has been going on for many decades because of the Egyptian Copts not to give access to the Ethiopian religious community to go into their monastry to pray and/or renovate the aging church.

Comments: I appeal, most respectfully, to the Honourable Prime Minister of Israel as well as to the current and future governments of the nation to kindly demonstrate the fullest respect for justice and human rights by approving the repair of the historic Ethiopian ("Deir el Sultan") monastery in Jerusalem. It is a shame to the international city of Jerusalem to allow the continued disrepair of a historic monastery building.

Comments: We respect Egyptian Coptic Popes as our religious fathers. But they look at us as inferior creatures and never missed an opportunity to shaft us. The Ethiopian Orthodox Church should cut off any relationship with the racist Egyptian Coptic Church.

Comments: As a Christian and above all as a Tewahedo Orthodox Christian I think Israel wouldn’t keep silent about this holly place and heritage to demolish and lost its importance for the Ethiopians, and the world of GOD. Even if currently Israel has other very sensitive cases at its gate. Therefore please, please, allow us in the name of GOD before it is to late.
