I feel that we have few rights reguarding one bad apple in our neighborhood! Does anyone else here feel the same way? I am tired of having to worry about the neighbor calling the police, and the code enforement on us (annonimously) for things that can be fixed by having the common courtesy to address the pety issue with that person. Its not fair that people can waste tax dollars on these blown out stories about us, sometimes made up stories. I feel that we should have rights. Why isn't this person being looked into for making so many calls? I am the type of person to call the cops for emergencies only. I want justice!! My children cannot do anything in our neighborhood anymore without this person making a big stink about it. Majority rules??!!! please take the time to sign and date this along with your address if you agree...... thank you all for the support we need in our community. The kids need a place to hang out, stay out of trouble and have fun!!!  Jennifer
