Keep JCP Beautiful - No Commercial Development

585 Signatures Goal: 2,000

In February 2013, MasterCraft Builders, based in Jacksonville, FL communicated their intent to re-zone the entrance to the "Parkes" from a residential zone to a commercial zone. "The Parkes" is a planned development in Julington Creek Plantation located at the intersection of Race Track Road and Durbin Crossing Blvd. The builder intends to destroy the entrance of the neighborhood in order to build commercial space. This will reduce the aesthetic appeal of Julington Creek Plantation, increase traffic near a school zone, and likely reduce the value of the homes in Julington Creek Plantation. Let's keep Julington Creek Plantation a residential zone and maintain our home values. Sign this petition now.
