| 7 | Sian Howells | Please stop the slaughter now. The Japanese are well respected, highly intelligent people. Why are you indulging in the primitive treatment of these beautiful creatures. Surely you know better. |

| 9 | Clare Mills | Ther is absolutely no need to slaughter these beautiful creatures this way, they must be left in the wild where they belong not kept in marine parks to be gawped at. |
| 10 | KARINA CHOWNS | |
| 11 | David Mannion | Yet another example of the appaling behaviour of the Japanese. I think its time to boycott all products that come from Japan until slaughter like this stops. |
| 12 | Paul Hunt | |
| 13 | Paul Andrew Hughes | It's hard to believe that Japan still continues this brutal and cruel practice, along with whaling this practice should be consigned to history.
As an enlightened country, Japan should hang it's head in shame! |

| 19 | Anonymous | My name is Kirstie, I am 16 and come from the UK
I would like to express how disgusted I am to learn that the needless butchering of hundreds of these beautiful animals is condoned by the Japaneese Government for the sake of 'tradition'.
I have just seen the horrific tortures that these poor animals endure on the television and it truly made me feel sick to the stomach and I literally broke down in tears. This needs to be stopped immediately, it's absolutely disgusting and anyone involved with this is not fit to call themself human. If this continues, not only will the dolphins lose their trusting, friendly nature, but they may very well become yet another animal species that faces extinction.
I plead to whoever this petition may concern that these killings are stopped before it is too late.
Yours Pleadingly

| 27 | Anonymous | This slaughter of magnificent animals is apalling. This is their world too. No words can describe the disgust that I feel. |
| 28 | David Brace | I find it sad that the Japanese are advanced in some things, and then you read of them doing this.
What can anyone say - the picture in the Daily Mail speaks volumes! |

| 31 | Kevin Day | Bloody Cruel, you should for the Future, of our children, granchildren, ect You should think what you are doing to the rest of us, Don't just think of your restaurants, Supermarkets, as you know this should NOT be condoned by any Government in the World!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
| 32 | kevin jones | I have always believed that the Japanese people are an honorable people so I hope that they start to see that what they are doing has no place in this world. Then again they maybe from another time, a time that hs passed into history. |
| 33 | Mrs Joan Moffatt | |
| 34 | sandra covey | Dolphins&whales belong in the wild not in ocean parks or on somebodys dinner plate. They are intelligent & trusting of humans and it makes me sick to think they end their days without freedom or in a bloodbath. |
| 35 | Anonymous | stop this awful senseless slaughter |
| 36 | conor | Please stop killing the dolphins they are beautiful creatures and do not deserve to be killed like that. |
| 37 | Daniel Blackman | Sickening! |
| 38 | Robert Hopping | This kind of mass slaughter must stop and now!
These people are cruel & evil and they should be condemed for the pain and suffering that they cause. Good Luck to you all that try to ease all animal suffering, we are grateful to you all. |
| 39 | Anonymous | Please stop this dreadful slaughter of dolphins by your fishermen. Dolphins are beautiful, intelligent and sociable creatures who do not deserve to suffer and die like this or need to end up on your dinner tables, or marine parks. To be taken out of their native oceans and placed in so called marine parks, is equally cruel. |
| 40 | Anonymous | I am so upset and have been all day, upon opening my newspaper this morning to see the sea of blood from the killing of Dolphins in Japanese waters. What beautiful gentle creatures as they are, possibly merit their premature death by savages.
I really believed that the barbarism of the second world war was well and truly over. Apparently not, it must be in the blood to kil or maime.
May God forgive them. |
| 41 | Victoria Harrison | Horrific--i'm very disgusted and sad. Killing such beautiful, intelligent animals. Shame on Japan!! What a waste of life! This should be banned! |
| 42 | valerie williams | not acceptable in this day and age. uncivilised behaviour and says it all about Japan |
| 43 | Anonymous | I am 9, and I have something to say. If these Dolphins are killed now, when I am still a bit young,
I won't have these beautiful creatures to look at when I am older. You are ruining a child's life. But think, what have dolphin's done to us that has harmed you? Nothing, so what's the point?.
These innocent creatures are living in these waters,
probably with no family. Imagine, you in a world on your on getting threatend 24/7. Plus how would you
like it if you were locked in a tiny cage and just waiting to get eaten. But if anything do this, look
into that poor dolphins eyes and see how scared
and how much it is begging to get out to get back with it's family. Think about animals rather than yourself for once. Oh and by the way if your trying to make me upset, you have by far succeded. Well done... :( |

| 45 | Michael & Annie Vickers | We were both shocked and disgusted to read of the slaughter of dolphins in Japan. We find it difficult to believe that such a barbaric practice is taking place in a modern so called civilised society. We will certainly now think twice before buying another Japanese car or television. |
| 46 | Emma White | If by signing this petition, it goes some way to stopping this evil practise then I'm glad I took 5 minutes out of my day to do so. Well done to the Daily Mail for highlighting this and hopefully getting as many signatures as possible. Good luck and keep up the good work to all those involved in this charity to help save these beautiful creatures. |
| 47 | Frank Mc Arthur | I believe this is a terrible situation I believe the
world is needing educated , surely people
should know this is wrong or maybe they do not
care is this the way the world is heading ? |
| 48 | mary feekery | The dolphins belong to the sea, not to the Japanese or the business men who run the marine parks. These dolphins are the humans of the sea, imagine herding humans into a cove and spearing them under the guise of culture. |
| 49 | karen mackenzie | please stop your barbarity |
| 50 | Clare Hutton | What is happening is wrong!!!! |
