I, as a student, of a D214 School or Educational Facility, demand that I, and any student enrolled in a D214 School or Educational Facility be explicitly given the option to opt out of data-collection (or any similar process) in which the JAMRS (or any similar company, group or department) is involved.
I also agree that I shall only sign this electronic petition once. I acknowledge the existence of a concurrent and equal physical petition in the JHHS school; I realize that I may sign both this petition and the physical copy, but also that my signature will only be counted once. It is suggested, however, that I sign both petitions if available.
