This petition is calling for the assignment of James Worthan to be Illinois' Implementation Project Specialist. James has worked in the Illinois market for a while as a Call Management Coordinator and excelled in his role. He knows the technicians, the geography, the skill sets, RA operations, and the business team. The relationship has remained strong between the RA team and James in his absence from the territory. Bringing James back to the team will create stability as well as bring back the much needed knowledge and teamwork that the territory has been missing in his absence. With this petition and these signatures, we ask James Worthan be instated as the Illinois' Implementation Project Specialist.
