Grant Jalal Mohabbat a Re-Entry Visa to the U.S.

This petition is on behalf of Jalal Mohabbat who is appealing to the office of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Services to consider granting him re-entry to the United States after 12 years.
Jalal Mohabbat was deported 12 years ago due to egregious errors made by his legal counsel who, due to his negligence, made Jalal pay the ultimate price by losing his legal status in the United States. As a result he has suffered 12 very difficult years being torn away from his parents, siblings, and other extended family members.
He was recently told of a provision that could possibly allow him to obtain a re-entry visa but in order to make that happen he needs YOUR help.
