Comments: I'm sorry but i have nooooooooooo sympathy for Paris. Paris knows what's right from wrong...i think she needs to learn some values and see life isn't all about money. Money can't solve problems, it just makes more problems. She probably thought because of the person she is she could get away with it. I think jail time will allow her to realize how fortunate she is

Comments: Just because Paris is a "Hilton" does not mean she is above the law. I believe if you do the crime, you must "do the time". It's about time Paris takes responsibility for her own actions. Time to grow up!

Comments: Yes, she should go to jail. She is putting others at risk of dnager if not death. Six years ago May 12, 2001 my mother and I were hit head on by a drunk driver. We both survived the accident but my mother's left ankle was shattered upon the impact lives in pain everyday of her life. It is sad that she is even getting consideration for not going to jail because of who she is. Not only ws it a DUI but wreckless driving as well. The judge should have with the first offense sentenced her to mandatory AA meetings. 30 meetings in 30 days! Maybe hae her do some community service work in sobering centers. Something to wake her up. She says that she wants to be taken seriously as a business woman then how could one be lead to believe that she did not know her license was suspened. Do the crime pay the time. Will she be so lucky the next time getting behind the wheel of a car and not kill or hurt someone. I am sure that her money will make for a very nice settlement for the victim(s) of her selfishness. Stats say that the first DUI charged is followed by another in monst cases within a two year period.

Comments: Need we say anything She flaunted the law, had a chance on probation. It is not acceptable for her to think that because of her status she should be let off, and we all agree that it is VERY important for her to be a real role model for something useful for once. Stop drink driving, and save lives. Sign the petition if you have ever had someone you love, or someone you have known to be seriously hurt or killed because of a drink driver. OR sign if you believe Paris should go to jail because she did the wrong thing, celebrity or not, she is a person who should serve her time.

Comments: What is wrong with people to start a petition to keep Paris out of jail. She did the crime so she should do the time. She is no better than any of us out there just as money to push people around and make her head swell. Do you think that if it was you in this situation that she would take the time out of her party life, which got her here in the first place, to even sign a petition to keep you out of jail I think not. She will be put in a nice area of the jail anyways and when she gets out she will talk about how it chanced her life, write a book or something and then go back to get old ways. PARIS HILTON...BOTTOM LINE, YOU SHOULD GO TO JAIL!!!

Comments: I wouldn't mind seeing paris record another "home video" while she's in prison. Surely at least a few of the other inmates would be hot enough to feature with her. Perhaps a group of guards could administer some jailhouse "punishment". But seriously I think that girl needs to grow up and start acting her age.

Comments: Look, this young lady is an american citizen and therefore should be treated like any other citizen when it comes to the law. It has angered me for sometime that she and her friends have seemingly flaunted there wrong doings in the public eye with out any serious questions being raised. I say this with another of her friends, Lindsay Lohan, recently being pulled over by the cops and questioned over illegal substances found in her car!! Enough... For crying out loud..where are these peoples parents..
