Shannon Christine | Paris did the crime, now she should do the time. Anyone else would already be in jail. P.S. She does not provide beauty and excitement, just irritation.

elsie strine | No one is above the law. Her parents should be going with her...,but hey, you do the crime, you pay the time.
Justin Elder | It would be unjustly if she was able to walk without jail time. Everybody else would get sentenced to negligent driving or even DUI. Just because you're an heiress or have lots of money shouldn’t make you less or more of a privileged citizen of the USA!!!

Anonymous | The law happens to apply to EVERYONE……not just the low income and or middle class America. Just because you were born with a platinum spoon in your mouth, does not give you the right to violate the law on MORE THAN ONE OCCASION, AND GET AWAY WITH IT!! There are other people out there who abide by the law, such as my self who, is currently dealing with a suspended licence like Ms Hilton – with the exception of my suspension is due to medical issues (not drunk driving). Other people deal with these issues on a regular basis – why can’t Paris?
Ewan Duffy | Jail her now.
Jackson Graf |
Anonymous | Maybe this will help her grow up and take some responsibilty.
J.D.G. | It is completely rediculous to me that someone with as much money as she has no driver. She has shown her true colors and she feels she is above the law. I also believe her parents should be punished for allowing her to become the nasty, selfish, degrading human that she has become. May God have mercy on her soul...
Lorrie Heckmann | She is not above the law
Chris Bradford | There is no excuse for her actions.
Annette |
Annette |
Laura | send her away
Robert Kusma | The law has been broken, she has been found guilty and committed perjury on top of her previous crimes. Let her serve her punishment.
Doug Champion | It's a non issue. Go to jail immediately.

Robert Schantz | Lock the ho up.
Keeler | She needs to own up to her actions. Just because you're a multi-millionaire doesn't mean you have special privileges. She should consider herself lucky for what she got.
Anonymous | As a lawyer I'm super stoked to see that no one is above the law. Sorry Paris, stupidity isn't a defense to your acts. Have fun in prison. Try the hash, I hear it's delicious.
Beth Rodgers | Sounds like she needs jail...

johan bideman | Jail the rich @#$%
johan bideman | Jail the rich @#$%
B | No doubt, Lets not let money or quasi-fame keep her from paying her debt to society....
Odessa Fanego | She needs to realize that there are consequences for breaking the law...Besides, it's only 45 days! In my opinion, it should have been a lifetime.

margaret hall | If it was me i'd be under the jail
| 250 | Bradley King | Please restore my faith in the American judicial system and send her down for a year for blatant disregard of the law.
This would surely make a great finale to the simple life series. |
