107 IrisMy grandfather was killed by a drunk driver, leaving my grandmother with six young kids to take care of on her own. I have no sympathy for idiots like Paris. Letting her off would make a mockery of the judicial system.

109 LauraFor once shell get what she deserves.Every "normal" person would go to jail and just because Paris is rich and famous does not mean shes any different.

122 AnonymousYes, I want Paris Hilton to serve the sentence she was given. By allowing her to do any less would send yet another negative message to our youth. She is already idolized by the impressionable young ladies of today for the negative messages she sends. By allowing her to remain free would only compound that message. Are we to allow our young people to think the behavior Paris has displayed in this matter is tolerable? Should they learn from this that lying to the police and the courts is ok? Should they learn that punishments issued are to be ignored? No, I don't think so. I do not want my kids to think they can get in trouble then ignore the mandated punishment and think if caught, they can lie their way out of it with no consequences. I want my kids and the youth of today to realize that they must be responsible for their actions. This is what Paris needs to be....responsible for her actions. She made the choice to IGNORE the terms of her probation...yes probation. Which means she was given a chance and CHOOSE to ignore it. Yes, let her serve her sentence, just like you or I would have to do.

144 Patricia AndrzejewskiParis has gotten away with WAY to much illegal stuff in the past, it's time for her to PAY! She is not a very good example for all the young kids out there that seem to look up to this PUTZZZZZZZZ! She knows exactly what she is doing, she's not the dumb blond she pretents to be. And if she is, she should be in jail for being that DUMB! BAD GIRL! If she was my kid she would have gotten punished by me a long time ago! But then her parents don't seem to know right from wrong either.

147 AnonymousJustice should be handed out equally, no matter how much money you have or don't have. Please don't let the Hilton name and the Hilton purse strings control justice!
148 Natalie DanielsA non-celeb would have gotten at least a year in the can. She should too. 45 days is a joke.
