I am not an employee, director, or otherwise any sort of associate of JaguarShoes and I write from my own knowledge and experience. JAGUAR SHOES is known to me as a Shoreditch bar and gallery. I confirm that I have never experienced any confusion between the restaurant bar and gallery brand JAGUAR SHOES and JAGUAR who make cars and also license their brand to other business activities. I request the registrar to reject the Opposition and to allow the Application to proceed in full. I believe the facts stated in this statement to be true.
