It is the responsibility of the new government of Sindh and Pakistan to investigate and give a full report to the people as well as an apology and financial redress to Jagdish's shattered family.Flag

It is a shame that religious criminals target members of minority communities openly for killing. These criminals should be caught and punished to set an example for people who think like these criminals.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Apr 22, 2008Comments: Government of Sindh/Pakistan shall immediately provide financial support to the family of victim. The enough compensation to be awarded to meet the daily life expenses as he was sole supporter to his poor family. The investigations and inquires though proved to be unsatisfactory/untrustworthy in Pakistan, still the authorities should make each and every effort to find out the real facts and punish the responsible. It may help to heal the wounds his family received due the tragic barbaric murder of Jagdesh Kumar. Also the recent coalition government must abolish these blasphemy laws introduced by a dictator and provide enough legal protection to the minorities in Pakistan to live peacefully and practice their religion of choice.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Apr 22, 2008Comments: The Blasphemy law is not only Un-Quranic, but a shame and disgrace for those misguided, who think they are protecting the honor of the prophet and Islam. It is definitely not needed from those whose very premise is un-Islamic and un-Quranic, and against others being only "human", the essence of Islam. Do not do unto others what you do not want to be done unto you. Respect for Humanity is a two way street. It is not 'us or them', we are all equally human in the eyes of the Creator, the Only Creator of all Humanity. After all what Creator, the onlyonne and ony ONE, would condemn his creation for changing their mind, one way or anotherFlag
