Comments: oh my god how has this happen, how can someone kill two children and just walk away from his crime. you do right to carry on fighting for justice for jade and daniel im sure theirs lifes mean more than a sheet of paper thrown in a draw and forgot about. I am now thinking that our judiciary system sucks and it shows that somewhere someone has made a bad judgement and surely if the coroners ruling was unlawfully killed why didnt this go back to crown, i personelly thought the law would of demanded this You have my total support and hope both families succeed in thier meeting.

Comments: This is outrageous, these two children were deemed as unlawfuly killed therefor the male who took their lives should stand trial. It is not about the interests of the public, it is about Justice for two children whos lives were taken whilst in the care of the male who was driving like an idiot Cars become a deadly weapon when not used correctly, hence this tragedy. Get this male in court before he kills again.

Comments: I truly hope that justice will prevail. Given the coroner's report, the driver should be brought to face trial for his actions that led to the deaths of two young people in his charge.

Comments: this is a absolute joke. Something should of been done to this person the moment this happened and people should not have to resort to doing petitions for justice.

Comments: Care workers are trusted with the lives of the people they care for - they like any other member of the public that cause injury, harm or death by reckless driving should face a jury of their peers.

Comments: This man should have been convicted and duly sentenced either on the grounds of manslaughter or unlawful killing. It is not fair that he has not been made to appear in court, either with or without a jury. He took two lives.

Comments: jade was my best friend and i still now hurt so much 2 how the guy who caused this tragic accident is still able to walk free even when there is evidence 2 prove that what he did was unlawful and all those who love and miss jade greatly have basically been told we have to accept this. There is not a day goes by when I and everyone else who knew jade do not think about her and how much we want her back. She made such an impact to peoples lives and especially 2 mine and everyone needs 2 grieve but are unable to as we still have no answers. 4years on and this is still ongoing its not fair on friends and family and also to jade please help us fight and get justice
