The promoters running SummerStage are still ignoring the legacy of the man who literally named the genre. I am tired of corporations erasing our pioneers while they profit off the culture they built.

The massive surge of support proves that we are not letting the SummerStage organizers erase Izzy Sanabria from his own legacy. These suits can no longer ignore the undeniable demand to bring the voice of Salsa back to the stage where it belongs.

i remember watching him when i was just a kid growing up in the bronx. he needs to be there.
IZZY SANABRIA!!! THAT IS THE MAN. GIVE HIM THE MIC ALREADY.
Nobody else can do it like Izzy. He IS the voice of Fania.
Please bring him back for the park show. seeing him on stage would be such a blessing for us all.
