By signing this petition, I am pledging to refuse to answer any questions on the 2010 Census or the American Community Survey conducted by the United States Census Bureau that are not specifically called for in the United States Constitution. Article 1, Section 2 of the United States Constitution provides for a Census to be taken every 10 years for the purpose of enumerating the population. Therefore, I will reveal how many persons are living in my household. I refuse to provide any other information as it is not the right of the Government to demand it.
