    Comments: Please, this festival is now a recognised event and should not be penalised - it brings revenue to the island, raises the profile of the south generally as a music venue and is part of the area's history - we appreciate that there are fees to be paid, but dont price it out - other festivals on the islad appear to be exempt, why punish this one

    Comments: The Isle of Wight Festival must be kept! The economy of the Island booms every Summer because of it! And it's not as if the capacity of the modern festivals at Seaclose Park are anywhere as huge as the festivals held at Afton Down!
