This company needs reported to the FBI, for fraud and Scamming people. I just did some research on them and they have over 300 complaints to the Better Business Bureau. The story is the company sends out the product (a trial teeth whitening and full kit) if you don't like it you send back the full kit. If you send back the product in an envelop rather than a box they say the package was crushed and charge you anywhere from 19.60 to 28.50. I contacted USPS and they said that this company has over 100 claims on them....so why haven't they done anything about it, not sure. I think this company needs to be seriously investigated. I know the package I sent wasn't damaged it was in a secure hard box. Yet they can not supply me with photo evidence.

Anna, United States2 years ago Comments: I have the same experience with the ivorywhite.com customer service. I don't believe they are real people because each email I send no matter what it says the canned response is always given. It does not matter what I stated in my email it was always the same response. Now I am getting one that states my refund is not eligible because I was outside the 30 day period, which is BS. This is truly one of the greatest rip-off scam artists around.

Angela Tyson, United States2 years ago Comments: Was charged 78.00. They claimed on their web site they are open 24/7 for customer support, this is NOT true! Could not speak with an agent regarding cancellation and subsequently charged anyway! This is a total scam and bad customer service with false advertising in claiming they are available 24/7!
