Dear Apple, You make great products, great hardware and software. Your products have an awesome design and the combination of software and hardware works perfectly and seamlessly. In 2008, when you decided to open development to everyone you gave us, the developers, iTunesConnect website and also the developer/provisioning website. Sorry to tell you, but both sites stink. Your sites fail consistently, are not due to heavy use, are slow, are non-intuitive and simply stink infinity squared plus one. If you want us to create great stuff, you have to give us great tools. So, we ask you to drop iTunesConnect website on Krakatoa's flaming lava after a methodic ritual of exorcizing and give us a software application that can substitute iTunesConnect in all aspects and go beyond that. What we need is a software app that: 1) WORKS and can do everything iTC does in a sane, intuitive way. 2) can mass upload and MANAGE zillions of in-app purchases we may have. 3) can mass edit every aspect of our apps, like, changing the prices of multiple selected apps, upload all screenshots in one shot (including localized versions). 4) shows all aspects of our apps in one page, instead of having zillions of pages inside pages inside ajax forms that don't work, etc. 5) can imported and accepts being populated by comma-delimited files containing new apps we want to create or modify. It would be nice if you modify how your system works so we can have a backup version of a binary, with a safe version of an app, already approved, that we can use to replace a release of one of our apps, in case some nasty bug is not detected before releasing. A kind of failsafe binary that can be changed instantly, if we see the bug after the app is released. I have seen nasty bugs like this go live even on big developers. Please Apple, do that. Thanks.
