Henning HalfpapI cannot understand why AAC plus is not supported in iTunes - after all iTunes uses AAC for static files, why not for streams?
EnricoI hope it will be implemented soon!

Andy FlemingWhy is iTunes way behind the times on this great codec - Winamp has been supporting it for 2 years, and is streets ahead - WAKE UP!!!

HobsCome on its been years now aacplus via itunes for radio is the best codecs out there to date. Why are you still not allowing this closing itunes and opening winamp just to play radio is a joke. Apple preach they infront with technology and design yet your software for general music is castrated!!! Please Bob grow up and give people what they want a cross codecs player

AnonymousiTunes would act just perfect as a media center, EXCEPT the fact that i can't play neither my videos nor listen to my radio streams which use AAC+ encodings. Shame on Apple. You can do better
Anonymousas a webcaster who is listed in the iTunes radio directory, it would be more cost-effective for us for AAC+ to be supported by iTunes while we can deliver a far greater quality stream than available in 128kbps MP3. iTunes, it's all about QUALITY - what are you waiting for?

andreI encoded an audiobook as HE-AAC… bummer!
Freek Wolsinki like my radio station in itunes en not in quicktime
Tim MariniThat would be most spectacular!
Manuele RossiPlease add AAC/AAC+ support to iTunes, I'd like to use iTunes to listen to www.di.fm radio streams. Thanks.
Steve T.Dear iTunes. it would be really nice to have support for shoutcast AAC+ streams in iTunes radio. Buzz Radio is listed with iTunes radio all ready at 96k mp3, but would like to have the 32k AAC+ stream supported. Saves bandwidth charges and just sounds better. Plus, less of a drain on bandwidth for our listeners at work ;) lol. Thank you
Chris NormanCome on Apple, support the same damn format you use for non-streaming audio. This is ridiculous, as is the bandwidth wasted by broadcasting the old mp3 way.
daveIf itunes can play aacplus2 or can add shoutcast plugin, I will change my online radio using itunes rather than winamp. :)
Frank WernerBought a new Mac Pro last week and am wondering why the easiest things make problems, like listening to AAC / AAC Plus streams....
JonWE NEED AAC+
