This petition is for all Italians that lost their citizenship. Italian law says they do not accept multiple citizenship but that has been changed in March 31st 2001. We are demanding that the Italian government relook at the law and allow Italians to re apply for their citizenship that they have lost because of 1992 Nationality Law change.1986 and before men of Italy was forced to join the military and served its country, when those Italians left Italy for a better life and hoping to return to Italy, the government will not recognize them. We need to show the Government of Italy that these men and women did a duty to their country and they should not be punished by taking away their citizenship. Candidates after Candidates all said they will put into motion to allow Italians to re apply, it has been over 16 years and no action has been taken. We the people need to show an active response that we want our rights back. So please take the time and show your support and sign the petition it may be worth a try.
