There should be a a Itachi and Sakura spin off called ItaSaku. Where instead of her falling for sasuke she falls for Itachi and spends time with him. He helps her train to and when Sakura gets older Tsunade eventually trains her. When Secretly Itachi is in love with Sakura as well but doesn't ask her out until she is in her mid teens. Itachi and sakura's love is stronger than anything in Naruto and nothing can tear them apart. Eventually Itachi proposes to her after four years or so of being together and they have kids. They also go on missions together sometimes. Nothing can tear them apart but everyone in the Leaf loves to see them together they believe they are the most beautiful couple ever. In this Itachi is good and was never forced to kill his family and his best friend is still alive. At Sakura and Itachi's wedding shisui is Itachi's best man. Sakura is also the head doctor at the hospital and Itachi is in line to be hokage. Sakura keeps her long hair and braids it sometimes because her and Itachi love her long hair. They are the two strongest ninjas in the village
