Hello. As you know, Mann Co. Keys in TF2 are avaible for trading and pucharse. That is unfair. Why? To get Mann Co. Key you need to trade it for estimated 2 ref. It does not pair well with pepole who craft weapons and weapons only. You need a lot of gameplay to get keys. My vision is that you will get keys frequently like weps. BUT. You will have very slim chance to get hats. This will make more like strange weps more frequently and game will still be based on hats. Some will be proud with good strange wep stats and some with big arsenal of hats :) SUPPORT IDEA TO HELP MAKE GAME GOODIER! :) :) :)
