This petition is to Carl Smith Pipeline and every company affiliated with.

Since the work has begun on Isaac's Creek Road we have had to endure some very dangerous road conditons due to the excessive amount of large trucks traveling the road.

 The trucks are driving at excessive speeds and creating an extremely unsafe driving conditions. They have created large holes and ruts in the roads and have torn up ditches and culverts. In some areas Isaac's Creek is a one lane road. Residents have been told by mail carriers that they can not bring their packages to them anylonger because of these problems.

These Road conditions and the excessive amount of large truck traffic speeding will also put our children in danger while being transported to and from school. Dirt and noise are also a factor.

 Trucks using their jake brakes at all hours is a disruption to those who are sleeping or work shoft work.

We are asking for the following things to happen

1. to have the trucks stop or not be abel to run during the times that the bus run. am bus runs from 6:15am to 7:30 am.
2. to have our road repaved, culverts and ditches repaired properly
3. SLOW DOWN - get the drivers to understand that this is our road, not theirs. Obey speed limits and stop crowding.
4. be curtious and no use jake brakes - if they were driving cautiously they woudn't need to use them to begin with.
