Comments: Skateparks in Islington is a good idea. Islington has a big problem, Upper street is a terrible focus of kids aspiration of Babylonian proportions. Sports which are cultural give kids positive outlet and direction.

Comments: needs to be suitable for bmx riding as well. Take Camdem skatepark as a good example of a skatepark (concrete bowls, concrete street course, well looked after, good local scene).

Comments: Skateboarding Is Still An Underground Sport Yet As It Grows More And More People Embrace It, With More Skateparks We Would Increase The Amount Of Younger Kids From Going Into Crime And Drugs And Embracing A Sport Instead

Comments: Anyone who has been in a traffic jam in Islington ,which should include most Londoners ,will recognise the value of outdoor space and the sheer joy of people at Skateparks...It's only cement so please pour it into a grand design so that this new generation can get out of their cars and couches and ride some solid surf...and by doing so reduce their carbon footprint...Wake up Islington and provide some place positive for the Skateboarding, bmxing and rollerskating community.
