Seeing as how there are many Muslim college students in and around ISCJ. And seeing as how said students are not as financially capable as a family. And seeing as how ISCJ wishes to bring these very youth back into the masjid as active participants and members. We, the signers, propose that there be a lowered college student rate for ISCJ membership for college students (of legal age), which would allow said students to become full members of ISCJ with all the rights of membership.
