Owen Smith MP has started a petition calling for the overhaul of professional rugby in Wales He fails to remember that 'the valleys' have no team because 'the valleys' failed to find enough money when they had a 'team' Furthermore he fails to recognise the vast power that the small village clubs have over deciding what happens withing the WRU. They have so far failed to ever vote themselves away from the profeesional game and probably never do under the outdated constitution (one club, one vote) So please OS get back to looking after the interests of your many constituants and not in vote gathering....
