We urge the Irvine City Council not to adopt the proposals as presented by Gail Lewis et al. We are asking that instead of making these changes as a political statement where there are no problems, that the City Council put the resources, financial and personnel, which would have been allocated to changing the laws and enforcement into licensing education in order to improve licensing in Irvine from it's 20% position.
