JV Cheerleading Squad at Indian River High School at NO COST to district. A group of parents from the Indian River School District are proposing a Junior Varsity Cheerleading squad that would be of NO COST to the district. We have volunteer leaders/coaches, second-hand uniforms have been offered from the varsity squad, and we would cheer for the freshman and JV home games only, so travel would not be needed. Currently our children can start at the Pop Warner level to get a great foundation in cheerleading skills. However, Pop Warner typically ends after the 8th grade.
