First of all I want to thank CNN for the painstaking coverage of the Iranian post-election crisis and the fact that they are shouldering a huge portion of letting the world know what is going on in Iran right now. However, I want to make one thing clear and that is the fact that Iranian people are fighting for their democracy. We want to see the true results of the elections. This by no means is the same as wanting the former prince of Iran, Reza Pahlavi, back in throne. Therefore, I believe the interview with Reza Pahlavi was completely out of perspective and irrelevant to the crisis in Iran. Such interviews only give more excuse to the current government and state media to question the credibility of CNN and dismiss it as western propaganda, which is the last thing Iranian people need at the moment. We need the support of international community and media to raise awareness of the brutal crack-down on the protests.

ive been reading through your notes and its clear a lot of you feel the same way about how the focus needs to stay on the people fighting for democracy. im still keeping a close eye on the reporting because it matters so much that they get the story right for those on the ground.

im honestly blown away by how many people are backing this request to keep the focus where it belongs. it feels like we are finally being heard and i cant thank you enough for sticking with me on this.

This interview was a huge mistake. Please just report the facts on the street.

Focus on the people actually fighting for their rights instead of pushing old agendas. CNN needs to get it together.

Stop giving airtime to people who dont represent the actual protesters on the ground. Its confusing the message and making it way too easy for the government to call everyone puppets.
