To: Intellectual people all over the world
Once again, the west took stand againstislamic republic of IRAN and showed that it has no tolerance for just a documentary report which shows west's human rights violation, by creating atmosphere of excuses and accusation. We, signers of the text below, do condemn the act of Italian government clearly, and demand for the prisoner journalist's sooner freedom. The world has to respect legal rights of free reporters and to face them according to human joint rights, not just the political based point of view. Long Live Anti- tyranny thinker!

I honestly did not think this would gain so much traction when I started typing it out on my phone in the middle of the night. It is wild to see people from everywhere finally looking at this case and realizing how much the current situation matters. I am just staring at my screen feeling completely overwhelmed because this kind of movement really gives me hope that the pressure will actually force a change.

why is the media so quiet about this?? its a disgrace. let the guy do his job.
This whole thing stinks of politics. Just release him.
so tired of seeing writers get locked up just for speaking out. wake up everyone.
Free the press! This is totally unacceptable in this day and age.
