Issued by the initiative group of iPoker users to iPoker network management department We, the undersigned, call on iPoker management to express our disapproval of iPoker network and Offsidebet room’s policies. Particularly, we don’t share your new terms and policies (http://ru.offsidebet.com/ru-RU/poker_news/view/1321) that have recently been changed. According to these new rules, all the players’ money was frozen. This is absolutely unacceptable and by no means satisfies the players’ interests and violates their rights. We are a group of players of different levels who have chosen OffsideBet room guided by the good image of iPoker network. We used to contribute to the playing accounts and transmit the money to our financial accounts that were administrated by your company. We also paid your financial management service fees in order to be sure our funds are managed properly. We strongly believe that our money shouldn’t be dependent on your company’s financial or other issues, and thus can’t be frozen. Besides, we think that iPoker should take the responsibility for Offsidebet room which was under its jurisdiction by the moment of our transmitting money to the accounts. We make a demand to your company – to “Ipoker” network concerning the release of fund for all players and the immediate withdrawal of all sums requested by the players. We want to point out that this demand does not mean that we as players of “Offsidebet poker” room will immediately request all funds at our account to be withdrawn. On the contrary, by changing your policy concerning the freedom of handling their own funds for players you will strengthen the image of your company and it will be easier for you to tackle the problems that appeared within your company. In case if our demand is not fulfilled we reserve the right to continue investigation until the situation is resolved by all legal means available including damage to your company's reputation. In case of your refusal to continue the dialog and fulfill the requests put forth in this petition, our next steps will be: - Creation and promotion of a massive informational site which is already registered on ipokerproblems.ru domain, which we will publish all the negative information on, about your network as a whole. - Speech with a proposal from a group / union players to affiliate partners network of to close the promo campaigns of rooms in your network, in order stop the financially unstable company's work and reduce the risk of losses for potential new players in iPoker network. - Search further leverage to influence managing directors of your company, in order to achieve the requirements put forward by us. 10 July 2012 Signatures attached
