Millions of ipod users world wide are unable to update their ipod touch and iphone do to malfunctions in Apple Co. Itunes. This update was promised to these users by July 11th 2008 These users therefore demand that Apple Co. waive the fee of $9.95 for update as well as compensate these users for their hours of trouble.

Unhappy Apple Customer (Haha UAC = User Account Control on Vista), United States7 years ago Comments: This was ridiculous... first, PAID SUBSCRIBERS to MobileMe couldn't access it the first day because of Apple's mistake, followed by another day of iPod touch and iPhone users who couldn't update/activate their devices. (Think Apple would have learned) I am certainly not looking forward to the next software update. At the very least, Apple should give us 5 free iTunes songs, or a free movie rental, or a free application (out of the paid ones), for not delivering the update on time.
Chris O'Connor, Canada7 years ago Comments: I'm not terribly upset about the delays in updating, but am quite disturbed that the people that didn't pay for the January update now get it for free. Anybody that paid the $20, should get the 2.0 update for free. Complete BS.
