Marco Moreno | Would be nice to see that the company thinks about things like making their loyal customers happy.
Jon | I feel betrayed. I think I may need therapy. Do not trust a corporate monster. We all learned that from Micro$oft, but it looks like Apple learned something from Gates himself, how to sell a soul to the devil.
john gore | no more apple products for me.

| 60 | Mohammed Mudassir Azeemi | Not everyone is a millionare like you Steve!
Come on, what you are trying to do?
Let me watch the "Pirates of Silicon Valley " again, sounds like I need to know him more and that Apple.

Ubaldo Morales | WOW THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
victor Yakin | A loyal customer .... you should do something for the mac owners. We know you won't but you should. Next product launch hmmm lets see how many show up. Its your move Steve.
Matthew Heidenreich | I am a loyal apple customer that waited in line on iDay and this is how you treat me? giving a price cut to people that haven't been purchasing from you guys as much as the die hard apple fans? This was a very bad move on your part. I was expecting a price cut, but within 2 months?
Blair Anessi | In the last year I have purchased 4 new Mac, 2 iphones, 3 expresses, 1 extreme, and a ton of music. I understand shifting prices over time but to screw your base will really hurt you in the long run. Next time maybe people won't buy because they are worried they will get screwed.
Eric Hastings | glad i waited in line on day 2...
stop whining | eventually the price was going to go down. you got a great phone, enjoy it.

Anonymous | I purchased the iPhone 16 days ago. I own a Macbook Pro and have a mac pro at work. I will not purchase nor will I recommend we purchase any more apple products.
Brian West |
Brian Angel | common this sucks
Idiot | No one should ever get to buy something for less than me. And Apple should always tell me in advance when they're going to lower prices. And they should give me a pony.

Hans Kaliher | I cannot believe Apple would do this to customers. I am willing to bet most of the people who rushed to buy it are the loyal apple comsumers, not first time buyers. This is just unbelievable, how can the price drop 1/3 after just 2 months?!?
Anonymous | Lower price drop would have been acceptable. Like $50 in a yaer.
Luis | This a huge smack in the face! This is an outrage! Where is the loyalty to all the customers who have supported Apple's products from day 1. I demand a credit/refund for the difference.
| 82 | John H. | I HATE MAC!! I'LL NEVER BUY MAC AGAIN!!!
YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS APPLE!!!! |

daryl | give us our $200 back fockers!!!
Katey McCarthy | I hope that Apple does something about this! I've been a loyal Mac user since the Apple IIE... up to the 4 gb iPhone. It's a pretty crappy feeling to see an iPhone with TWICE the memory available for LESS than what I bought two months ago. Sure, things depreciate, etc, but this is such a slap in the face in short time. I've always liked Apple and thought that they were different than "evil corporations," but now I'm seriously questioning my loyalty. Come on, Apple, do the right thing and make good on this ridiculous mistake.

Anonymous | I bought my iPhone like 35 days before the announcement today. This means my 30 day AT&T grace period ended like 5 days before the announcement of the price drop. If I'd waited a week, I could return for a refund. That's bull! Refund EVERYONE that bought one because the damed thing is barely 2 months old! If it were 6 months or a year, I could see not doing it, but not 2 months! You lose yet another Apple customer if you get away with this!!
Rofl, you guys are idiots | Who the hell pays $600 for a PHONE? And as if that wasn't bad enough, you can only use it with one service provider. When will you realize that Apple has always sold over-priced pieces of junk. The original iPod was only 5/10GB and sold for $400/$500 and I bet all you schmucks bought one. I don't know how you guys are whining about $200 when if it was really that big of a deal, you would have spent $500 less on some generic phone and have all you need. Just a bunch of consumer whores.
Anonymous | I sure would like a $200.00 credit with Apple for standing in line for 3 hrs.!
hunghchen |
Ben Levine | I actually get punished for being a loyal customer? Awesome.
Anonymous | Too soon for such a drastic price cut, I feel ripped off big time.
Alberto Siordia | WTF>? MAKE IT RIGHT!
Jae Park | Although I think the term "caveat emptor" is appropriate in this situation, I don't believe Apple is justified in its application to its loyal consumer base. I've bought a 4th generation iPod, two iPod nanos and the iPhone. Having to swallow a $200 loss within 30 days of purchasing my iPhone is pretty bitter. I have always recommended Apple products to friends and family. If nothing is done to rectify the current situation, with either store credit or a refund, I will no longer buy Apple products and cease recommeding them. If Apple wants and appreciates my loyalty, I would like some reciprocation in return.
Tadd Sorensen | I am really poor and apple marketing is so good that it made me buy an Iphone close to release date. I would really like 200 dollars back. I am really poor. 200 dollars would make all the difference
