Name: Derek on Sep 5, 2007Comments: I am extremely disappointed in Apple for this move. I have never owned an Apple product until purchasing the iPhone on June 29th. I am extremely satisfied with the product, but only purchased it while believing that there would NOT be a price drop or discount for the better part of 1 year!!! I will not be purchasing ANY other Apple product or any 3rd party accessory for my iPhone until there is a remedy put into place.

Name: Eric Johnston on Sep 5, 2007Comments: Please don't turn your back on your most loyal supporters, those who waited in the rain and heat to be the first proud owners of iPhones. A $50 or $100 iTunes credit would go a long way in restoring our faith in you. I know it's normal for prices to drop, but not 33% in 60 days. The PR alone from this is ugly enough for you to want to make some kind of concession to your loyal customers. Remember people laughing at those waiting on line for iPhones, calling them kooks Do you want those mocking laughs to turn out to be true That people who buy Apple products are kooks who pay too much money and are screwed by a company they revere Please, do the right thing Apple.

Thanks Steve Jobs for making us all look like retards for standing in line for your revolutionary product. I'm hacking the hell outta my phone now.

Name: Ralph Newman on Sep 5, 2007Comments: Bought the 8gb iPhone early not for "cool" factor but to use on European business trip starting 6/30. Feeling very abused, plus silly for encouraging others to buy over these past several weeks. Apple should do the right thing to regain -- if even possible -- future trust.

Name: Edward Choi on Sep 5, 2007Comments: Apple, way to reward your most loyal customers. The suggestion of recompensating us early adopters with credits toward future macintosh purchases or itunes purchases is quite reasonable. I thought Apple was the standard bearer for customer experience. Deepy disappointed in you, Apple.
