I love the phone-and have stuck by it even though I know there will be ridiculous issues over my dead battery!-I have friends and even my boss laughing at me-I certainly did not need "Apple" to join in with the laughter if "sucker-you should have waited the 2 months and the big discount" I have been tauting the phone-freely and easily-and this is how I am repaid. I will certainly think twice about doing this again. PS my son owns an IMAC-, we have recommended it to all of our frineds with kids-and I have been talking up Apple to my boss-think I am going to reconsider that move. Thank you APPLE! |

Was the iPhone not really worth the original price? Were we getting ripped off? I cannot imagine purchasing another Apple product until I am assured that I am not being ripped off being a college student that is quite a bit of Apple products such as computers, iPods, progams, and more. Others are requesting a refund from American Express if it was purchased with their card. Why should some people get a full refund and not others. This was a bad call. Admit the error and give a credit. Apple will still gain in the process because everyone will spend more than their credit when they go to use it. That is a given! |

To think that I went out and payed $600 on June 29th, along with leaving work early to get it and enduring comments such as "You paid $600 bucks for a PHONE???" every day by my friends and coworkers, I see now that they were right and I must be absolutely crazy. I actually valued my iPhone but after hearing this news I cant help but think, "Is it even really worth all the money, and the freezing and lockups I experienced as well?". Do something, Apple, or I will not be returning to drop my hard earned cash at your fancy stores. And to think I was waiting for Leopard to come out to buy a macbook but I guess I should skip October and just wait till december when everything will be $200-$300 cheaper huh, Mr. Jobs? |
