| 3 | Marc Johnson | I am signing this as I am shocked that o2 has not contacted me once to explain why my iPhone has taken so long to activate despite having numerous different methods to contact me via. |
| 4 | Josh Powell | This is taking the piss to be honest!
and its so true, o2 are taking us all for mugs! |

| 6 | Callum McCormick | 4 days, still No Service!!!!!!
This is defiantly a breach of contract and they won't even let us know what has been happening to our personal details the past few days. |

| 8 | Anthony Harris | Good for you. I was lied to and it's totally unnecessary and unfair! |

| 12 | Chris Harrison | Having systems go down if fair enough, but having to wait nearly 36 for a sim card to be activated is not. Not even an apology thanks o2! |

| 20 | R Todd | This whole charade was the most shiocking gimmick which has brought the telecoms world into disrepute. They did not need to have the "register your interest" game they could have just taken pre-orders. From their pre-orders they should have known they were hopelessly under supplied and could have organised release to take this into account. Instead they tried to manufacture an image of people clammering for their phone when the only reason there was a clamour was because of their marketing people having created a false market. It is all thoroughly shameful. |
| 21 | Oli | Bit of a joke now really. |
| 22 | Anonymous | I pre-ordered my iphone at 8:45 on Monday 7th July. I was told that for every pre order there is a iphone in stock. I am now told that it is out of stock and have been lied to. I've had enough. the worst launch ever |

| 26 | Gianluca | This is unbelievable,still no service.....seek of hearing their lies. |
| 27 | Dale Goulding | Terrible service for an expensive product - absolutely disgusted.....never been treated so poorly by ANY Company. I don't normally complain, but after the hype and build-up to this launch, it's a major disappointment to not be able to use a product that I have paid so much money for..... |
| 28 | Matthew Fox | Took 81 hours after getting my iPhone.
o2 should be able to cope with the demand.
I hope that the millons of pounds to update all there systems works and they dont just blow it and when the next iphone is out it could be weeks befor activation |
| 29 | stephane ceretti | Signed contract with O2 friday morning at 10am.
Moving from PAYG. Simcard not activated monday evening. Went to O2 oxford street and nobody could help. Told me to come back in 24 hours. Emailed O2 and they keep saying that they need a account number nobody can give me ! |

still no service... |
| 34 | Anonymous | This is the worst customer service in the world.
I've got my Iphone 3G on Friday 11 of July, the day of the actual launch from an O2 store.
Everyone was nice in the store except that they told us that the systems are down and they will call us later to provide us with our phone number and to activate our sims. I've been waiting all day Friday, all day Saturday, all day Sunday and all day today without getting any call from O2 or someone else regarding the No Service issue.
During this time i called O2 customer service and always spoke to a different person and each person was telling me a different lie and kept postponing me.
I visited the O2 shop from where i got my phone and every time i asked what's happening and why is my phone still not working, they would just lie again telling me that my sim is in queue for activation and that it shouldn't take more than an hour or 2, i got that every day.
I want a refund for all the money that i spent on the calls to O2 for these issue and a public apology. |

| 43 | yee kok seng | am i cheated by O2? |
| 44 | Steven Hunter | The way O2 and CPW have treated new customers is an absolute shambles, im stuck with a useless, incredible expensive brick. Apple advertising 1 million units sold as a good thing just adds to the frustration. |

| 46 | Anonymous | Rubbish service from o2.. Didnt tell existing customers anything. Poor service on launch day. System crashes, staff that dont know what they are doing.. What a total balls up.. well done o2! |
| 47 | Anonymous | Still not activated after four days. I have been promised every day that it would be activated. I was told to swith the phone on and off but yesterday they told me I didn't need to do this. O2 failed to contact me last night as arranged. Still no iPhone working. |
| 48 | Anonymous | Placed order at 8:50 Moday June 7th online. Then had to spend 2 hours on a premium rate number to perform an identification check (using details they already had!) - when finally got through was told I would definitely have the phone delivered on Friday. It's now Tuesday 15th and still no communication from O2... |
