The existing IPBL commissioner's rash and arbitrary actions indicate a disregard for the continued success of the league. The league commissioner must be recalled immediately.
Elections for a new league commissioner must immediately follow the recall of the existing IPBL commissioner so as to allow for timely implementation of league schedule and draft settings for the 2013 season.
