   Comments: We believe it is important for the board to support efforts to gain possession of the docks and Creek Club property for the benefit of the HOA. That's what we expected when we moved here. We doubt that any negotiated settlement prior to the trial of the pending lawsuit is likely to produce a satisfactory and fully enforceable agreement. If, as we have heard, the board thinks they've only heard from a small and vocal group in favor of pursuing possession of the boat dock and Creek Club properties, they need to do an online survey of all HOA members to get an accurate reading.
